How it is used
Your information is used to confirm orders, send account emails, manage revisions, deliver final work and keep the admin/worker workflow organized.
Reference links
Reference and delivery materials can be shared as external links. Do not submit private links unless you are comfortable with the LULYGraphics team opening them for the order.
Payment records
The portal can store payment status, invoice notes and order amount text. Full card details should never be submitted through the normal brief or contact form.
Notifications
Email and Discord notifications may be queued or sent through configured providers. Admins can review queued notifications in the dashboard.
Retention
Order history and account records may be kept so clients can track previous work and request support. Contact LULYGraphics to request updates or removal where possible.
Security basics
Use a unique password for portal access. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact the team and change your login details.
