Simple rules for payment confirmation, revisions and refunds on custom design work.
If payment was made but design work has not started, a refund can usually be discussed and processed manually.
Because custom design time is reserved for the order, refunds after production begins are handled case by case.
Packages include small revision rounds focused on polishing the agreed direction. Examples include text changes, color tweaks and minor layout fixes.
A new thumbnail direction, different game/topic, new main idea, new references after production begins or large redesign may require a new quote instead of a normal revision.
If required details were missing or unclear, the team may pause the order and ask for clarification before continuing production.
Once the client approves the delivered work or uses the final files publicly, the order is considered completed.
Delays caused by missing feedback, missing references or late payment confirmation can move the delivery timeline.
Refund or revision questions should include the order ID, package name and a clear explanation of what needs to be reviewed.
